Go out and look in your garage. Do you have a bike or two lying around that your kids have outgrown or are no longer using? Even if it's not in great condition, take it down to the Boise Bicycle Project.

Every year the Boise Bicycle Project gifts kids with bikes that their parents can't afford for the holidays. This year the demand is so great that 700 bikes are needed, but it's 200-300 more bikes than they expected. That's where you come in.

According to an article on KTVB that has further details on the program, the 13th annual Holiday Kids Bike Giveaway will go down just a few days before Christmas on December 21st.

If you would like to help out Treasure Valley kids who are asking Santa for a bike this year, but they wouldn't get one without the Boise Bicycle Project, take your bike or a monetary donation to 1027 South Lusk Street in Boise.
