In this week's edition of other people's problems (OPP) a mom wants help, as her son is being bullied at school and she doesn't feel it's being addressed as it needs to be. Read her letter to us below and share your comments below, on Facebook, or by texting us at 208-376-5106 with your advice.

Dear Mike,

My son is 8 years-old and is getting bullied at school by a classmate. I have spoken to my son's teacher and principal about this, but nothing is getting done and I don't know what to do.

The school says they have talked to the bully, but it obviously didn't do any good as the bullying continues. I have a feeling the real reason nothing is getting done is because the bully's parents are very well off and are some of the school's biggest donators. Deep inside, I'm wondering if they never actually talked to the bully or the bully's parents out of fear they may no longer donate.

I'm at my wit's end. I am a single mom and have taught my son not to fight back. Is it time to change my thinking and have him strike back against this bully? Can ask your listeners what they think? I'm sure someone has gone through what I'm going through right now. Thanks for your help!
