My New Home After 13 Years Takes Me to Heritage Mix 106

I just recently went through a career shift that ended a 13-year history in the Treasure Valley. I moved to Boise to build a team and turnaround 103.3 Kissfm back in 2007. We assembled the best team and the rest is history.

Last week I decided to take the opportunity to host afternoons on Mix 106. I knew it would feel different, but I had no idea how comfortable it would feel.

Mix 106 is a staple in Treasure Valley history and I'm going to have the opportunity to make my own mark on that with some amazing people. It's like being in a 13-year relationship and jumping into another. Sometimes things just change and it's time to move on. There is nothing like being wanted on another team and that's what we're doing.

I'll be hosting afternoons on Mix 106 from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m. every day taking you home in the sunshine or the snow. I love being on-air during your drive and will love being with you each day. You always miss your past but there's something special about looking forward to the future. I'm very excited. I took so many calls today from people I've known over the last 13 years to new listeners to my voice. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to take over your radio or app every afternoon.
