Idaho Has a New Record-Setting Pumpkin You Can See at The Farmstead
It seemed many of us were stocking up on pumpkins across the Treasure Valley this weekend, but if you haven't made it to The Farmstead yet, you've haven't seen the biggest.
The new record for the largest pumpkin to be Idaho grown has now been set, and you can experience it for yourself when you visit The Farmstead this year.
The pumpkin was grown by Nampa resident D.J. Steffler, and weighs 1400 pounds. Makes loading those few from your grocery cart into the car seem a little less extreme.
This record setting pumpkin was grown in a greenhouse and beat the previous record holder by almost 200 pounds.
You have until the 28th to see it.
