Yes, what's up with all these black and white photos with "challenge accepted? I'm not sure if you've seen them but women are posting up photos of themselves across Instagram.

Women stand up for themself and find ways to empower each other. If they don't, who else will? This is one viral discussion that needs to be showcased and only women can do it.

The "Challenge Accepted" buzz on IG is an empowerment message. Women post an image of themselves in black and white that makes them feel confident. That's it. Nothing more and nothing less. It's a way and avenue to let other women uplift others. There is nothing more powerful than that coming from a man's perspective.

My wife challenged some sisters.

One of my best friends beat all the guys to the punch with his post which is BREAKING THE RULES CHRIS! I just wish I would have thought of it first.

If this is the first time you're seeing this it's a great opportunity to shout out and challenge a woman that inspires you. I'm a man that is and has been surrounded by extremely strong and independent women my entire life. I watch my mom work on her degree while we destroyed the very house she kept spotless while working a 9 to 5. She was and still is a powerful example of what an independent woman looks like. I feel great about the future because my sister is raising kids that could change the world because she is like her mother. My cousin Brandy is just an unbelievable mother and overflows with love for her sisterhood.

I could go on about my wife, her sisters and their mother. That is an unbreakable bond that starts at the top. My wife is the place where dreams come from. My son and daughter will look back one day and their best memories will come from Paige's angel dust. There is no other. All of these women were surrounded by the strength of other women. You can't put a price on that kind of love.

If you want to post a black and white photo and challenge another woman with "challenge accepted" and #womensupportingwomen.
