I'm sitting here listening to an audiobook because my mind couldn't sit through a book. I get bored quickly and this book my wife got me didn't do the trick. The funny thing is it's all about focusing, finding your inner self, and stuff like that. I'm failing.

We can celebrate that I downloaded the audio portion right? I'm halfway through it as I'm being taught about your eating habits. That's when I read this headline from McDonald's as the urges continue to find me.

The golden arches have just announced adding a set of new bakery features that might just bring you through. This isn't typical for McDonald's considering they haven't added baked morning treats in almost 10 years. So, what's the deal?

The McCafé bakery won't just add one but you can enjoy three new items to the list. There will be an apple fritter, a blueberry muffin, and a cinnamon roll. It's funny when I write those because it's something you might expect available in the morning. That might be why this is such a major deal for the company. Oh, there's one more thing. McDonald's won't be cutting the time of purchase of these new items. Do you want a cinnamon roll for lunch? Order it up! They plan to make these available all day.
