The spirit of NBA superstar, Kevin Durant was in Meridian today to surprise one of his biggest fans, Susie for her 58th birthday. 

Durant sent Susie Delyea a signed jersey for her big day. According to kivitv.com Susie was born with special needs and Golden State Warriors champ, Kevin Durant found out about her through a mutual friend. You can watch the magical moment below.
