Madonna said it recently in US Weekly, "I have found marriages don't last if you share bathrooms. The best thing about being single is there's no one to throw out of the bathroom when I want privacy."

Here are some tips for sharing a bathroom and keeping your sanity at the same time.Lisa Fogarty is a blogger on The Stir, who has some advice about how to avoid getting ticked off about little bathroom pet peeves.  Much of it has to do with keeping things separate.  The double sinks can be a life saver, along with separate shelves that are labeled, she says.  That helps keep his after shave away from your facial moisturizer.

Cleaning out the hair in the drain every day also helps keep the peace.  Ew.   And light a candle, because sometimes, well...it helps.

Do you have any tips for sharing a bathroom with your hubby?  Any pet peeves in there?

I've been single for almost two years and I've managed to fill up all of the bathroom cabinets and on some days I use both sinks.  But I'll scoot over and make room for the right guy in a heartbeat!  As long as he keeps the Acqua di Gio on his own properly labeled shelf, and oh yeah...shuts the door when he needs to go.
