I honestly can't even stand that headline because the details are just devastating. The 8-year-old little girl that went missing could be the body found recently in Emmett.

We've been following this story with high hopes that they would find her safe, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The grandmother has been charged and currently in jail. Today we're learning more about the girl believed to be 8-year-old Taryn Summers.

I'm not sure how much you really need to learn in order to be furious. This little girl lost her life and it's been reported that she was found inside a trash bag. This poor kid was hidden away in a garbage back in the vehicle where she lived. There is a lot more that I don't feel necessary to write in this space right now. I'm a father of two amazing children with another little boy on the way. It's just devastating.

I received an alert from People Magazine that has already picked up this story. This comes on the heels of a case that is still going on surrounding the deaths of JJ and Tylee.

You can't forget about all the stories we've already seen lately. It like we're finding out about these cases after it's already too late. Did you walk with Idahoans in search of Robert Manwill? This was another case back in 2009 that really hit the community as everyone searched for a missing little boy to find out the mother and boyfriend killed him.

I'll post up the link below for full details on the Taryn Summer case. I will warn you some of the details are extremely disturbing and will make you sick. I'm posting this because you should know what people are capable of and how fast you must act. If you see something it's imperative you waste no time. Call authorities immediately. I will tell you what a Meridian Police Officer told me.

If you see something, say something. I would rather you be wrong in your discovery or gut feeling. What if you're right? Please, go with your instincts first.

We will keep you posted on this case and plan to Rise Up Against Child Abuse on, Monday, April 26.

LOOK: Stunning vintage photos capture the beauty of America's national parks

Today these parks are located throughout the country in 25 states and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The land encompassing them was either purchased or donated, though much of it had been inhabited by native people for thousands of years before the founding of the United States. These areas are protected and revered as educational resources about the natural world, and as spaces for exploration.
