The Boise Centre has been transformed into a winter wonderland through Sunday with carnival games, visits with Santa, live performances and, more than 80 decorated Christmas trees. Tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for kids. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Bogus Basin opens today at 10am. Part of the mountain is open and tickets are discounted! There is also Sun Valley as an option. They opened yesterday for the season.

The hot springs pool and spa in Idaho City is an awesome day trip! Only 45 minutes from Boise and the perfect escape from the craziness in the valley! One of my favorite hot springs in the state. I highly recommend The Springs!
