His resume includes working the front desk at the Canyon County Animal Shelter so you know Stray #7 is good with people! Meet Charles....

Meet Charles, one very special fellow!! He is a border collie/mix that is a rich red and white color, weighs 58 pounds, and is 3-1/2 years old. You may remember seeing Charles behind our shelter's front desk watching over the staff and supervising all who came and went. He was always very polite and greeted everyone with a smile and direct eye contact. Amazingly, he never got in anyone's way -- and that is pretty hard to do in such a busy place! Charles is now taking a break from his "day job" and is enjoying the easy life as a foster pup. He is house trained, crate trained, and has been found to be quite the couch potato! He is good with dogs all sizes, but does prefer the smaller ones. He is fine with cats as well and also does well with older children.
