Who Knew Planning Parties Could Be So Much Work

I've been involved in two weddings a year for the past three years. Often a bridesmaid, but always involved in planning the Bachelorette Party. Now I have another one to plan!

I love planning Bachelorette parties, it's a plan to party and have a good time. I've planned several parties including one for a bride I didn't even know. And the one I'm planning now is for a good friend of mine, as of right now I'm the only one planning. I do have a full time job so sometimes it can get difficult to come up with that new idea that I've never done before!

And this one is a little different from the normal pink, sashes and obscene cakes. The bride LOVES Disneyland & even got engaged there. So we chatted and she decided on a Minnie Mouse Theme. Basically that little black dress and Minnie Mouse Ears. It's going to be adorable!

However the more I search for decorations and ideas the more I find decorations for a child's party. I have found some that I think would be good for an adult party. But I wonder since it is Minnie Mouse would it be all right to use some for an adult party. What do you think too childish? Or it can work for an adult party?
