Boise Music Festival artist Shaggy was on Jimmy Fallon recently and the announcer for the show,  Steve Higgins can do a killer impression of  Shaggy rapping.

So the real Shaggy challenged him to a "Shaggy Off" to see who sounds more like Shaggy, Steve Higgins or Shaggy.  Watch and you be the judge.

Shaggy also had a chance to explain how he got the idea for his number 1 hit "It Wasn't Me."
