If you've never been to Hawaii, trust when I say, you must go at least once. I've only been twice and both times it was to Maui. You see things and feel differently about your visit, than anywhere on the mainland. Here are some pictures to give you an idea of what I'm talking about.

My wife and daughter and I just returned from Maui for a vacation with some friends. It was really two vacations, the first part of which was a working vacation for my wife at the National Assn. of Realtors convention in Wailea where we got to listen to Marcus Luttrell of Lone Survivor talk. My wife was so excited to be able to introduce former speaker of the house John Boehner for a speech and he only cried once. (I'm not kidding) Both speeches were absolutely amazing.

After spending the first few days at the Grand Wailea resort, we packed our stuff and move across the island to a condo we found on Air B&B near Kaanapoli. The condo was located right on the beach (20 Yards away) that was had daily visits from giant turtles....lots of them..On some days you could watch 20 to 30 of them playing in the surf.

February and March are peak times to visit Hawaii to see humpback whales who are here to have babies....we were lucky enough to see a mother father and their calf playing...it was pretty amazing to watch the calf frolic and get stronger for the 3000 mile swim to Alaska some time in the next few months.

Here are pictures of whales, turtles, beaches, blowholes, golf and a lot more...hope you enjoy them as much as we had taking them for you...and if you have any questions about visiting Maui, please feel free email me at mikeandnicole@mix106radio.com.
