This moment we're living in right now poses challenges for everyone in Idaho. We travel the Treasure Valley visiting family, Friendsgiving celebrations, and some jump on a plane. This year it's obviously a different situation as the nation prepares to celebrate at home away from family.
Who is going to cook? My wife is a chef but this is more than dinner. It's a feast and my wife doesn't know how to not doing something big. It's impossible. This will be the largest feast for our little family that will have to live up to every other Thanksgiving meal. The stress will be crazy and that's why I'm sharing this article and news. Costco just unpackaged their Pumpkin Cheesecake just in time for the holidays. I personally love their Pumpkin Pie and my wife adores the Cheesecake. She what they did with that. I can see the commercial now
This one comes in at a whopping 4.87 pounds that are surrounded by tasty graham crust, pumpkin cheesecake, and spiced sour cream topping. This could be the new holiday favorite that you don't have to make yourself. I don't anyone that would be upset with that combination.
