The man clung on to a brush along the river bank until the crews, including rescuers from Star, Eagle, and Boise Fire Departments, Ada County Sheriff’s Office, and Ada County Paramedics, could work together to get him out.

The water is extremely fast and dangerous right now. Recently, officials have urged people to keep their children and pets away from the river and closed down several miles of the Greenbelt to keep the community safe.
