A guy in Virginia gave away his $1200 stimulus check because he's still working and feels it would have been "selfish" to keep it. If you're working, are you keeping yours?

So for me, I haven't gotten my stimulus check yet, but I'm sure it's coming in the mail. I haven't lost my job or been laid off thankfully, is it wrong for me to keep the $1200 stimulus when there are people who need it more?

To be honest, I thought I'd probably put most or all of it towards my upcoming wedding. In fact, in doing so, I'll be supporting a few small businesses, and I won't have to take as much out in loans later this year. But I'm gainfully employed, is it selfish?

Check out this Virginia guy's story, where he very generously donated his $1200 to someone who has been put out of work due to the Coronavirus.
