Every Sunday I make my breakfasts and dinners for the entire week. This accomplishes two things; first, planning out my meals ensures that I am eating healthier than if I was left to make a last minute decision. Second, all my food is in the fridge and ready to go. All I need to do is throw it in my lunchbox and I'm off. I'm not racing around on a Monday morning trying to figure out what to eat. This reduces any Monday morning chaos that is bound to happen if I'm rummaging through the bottom of the fridge for an outdated container of yogurt.

The other thing I do on Sunday nights is laundry. This ensures I have clean clothes and keeps me from digging through the hamper looking for my lucky blue jeans at 3am. I also do something that I'm sure I'll get teased for but I can handle it. I pick out my clothes for Monday morning. I only do this for Mondays. The first day of the work week is tough! The last thing I need to be doing is trying on ten different outfits where nothing feels right because I ate too many cookies over the weekend. Plan ahead, take out the chaos.

I've been working on the weekends so I've been on my email. Hopefully I get better at this. I haven't missed a workout on Monday so that one is a pat on the back for me!
