Who Is Sue And Why Is She Here In The Treasure Valley ?
She is Big...OLD...and Scary. Things you should never say out loud, but in this case, if the shoe fits. One of the world's mightiest predators has made it's way to the Treasure Valley and you can see her starting this Saturday.
She is known as the most preserved T-Rex in the WORLD and now she makes her new temporary home the Discovery Center of Idaho. The 42-foot replica will be on display starting this Saturday and will park it in the City of Trees until early May before she moves on to the next city. Originally found in the hills of South Dakota Sue arrived in a 53-foot moving truck and was packed in 40 boxes before being unpacked just in time for the Center to open up for display.
