What To Expect If You Do Yoga Everyday For a Month
As I mentioned before, 2021 is dedicated to healing. I want to start creating healthy, healing habits in my life and yoga is going to be one of them.
After doing some research yoga sounds like it could literally solve all my problems so why not! I'm going to begin my journey with yoga by challenging myself to do some sort of yoga everyday for at least 30 days. Then evaluate what, if any, changes and improvements it's mind for my mind and body.
Every aspect of your health can benefit from practicing yoga consistently. While the simple goal of this is to get my body moving everyday, the bigger goal lies within achieving all of the wonderful benefits from yoga in the long run.
I'll provide updates later on throughout my 30 days. Listed below are some of the benefits one can expect when practicing yoga on a consistent basis.

Told you, it seems like yoga could literally solve almost every problem which is why I'm willing to give it a chance with an open mind.
It's important to keep in mind that you can't expect to see all of these changes during the first month. While yoga is an great daily workout, some things such as weight loss may not happen right away unless you're keeping to a really healthy diet. According to experts, the biggest benefits are "without a doubt, drastically increased flexibility and mobility, and an improved mental state."
