Waffle Me Up Entertains The Crowds & Feeds Boise In Grand Opening

Saturday was the Grand Opening for a new Restaurant in Downtown Boise called "Waffle Me Up". Nicole and I took our son Cooper to it, and we couldn't not have enjoyed our self any more. These are not the Ego Waffles you pop in the toaster.

The buzz for Waffle Me Up started on social media a few weeks back when they took to Instagram and teased their grand opening in the former Guru Donuts location on Capital. As we parked in the garage across the street not one but two different couples we meet had plans to go to the Grand Opening. The both of us completely LOVED the style of waffles that they make here. Hand made and pressed in the store you can have almost any flavor and toppings added on to the waffle and the amazing thing is that all the produce is LOCAL. The sweet slices of heaven are called Liege Waffles, caramelized sugar on a tender vanilla flavored dough. Here are a few of the pics from our visit to "Waffle Me Up Boise."

Looking for a perfect way to start your day, or get a mid day treat, Waffle Me Up is the place to be. All local, and all hand made, this is soon to be a Boise favorite. Thanks to the staff for welcoming Nicole, Cooper and Me we will be making multiple trips back lol. - JD
