I am so excited that I am starting to meal prep and plan to not only eat better but to obtain better eating habits, plus to get more nutrients too. I also heard you can save some money too.

Meal prepping and planning is not easy, a lot of people fail. That's why I got a life coach to help me. I've tried this before, it didn't work so I needed some major support. I wasn't prepared or knowledgeable. Prep is the key to success on eating healthy or reaching those eating habit goals. and that's what I learned from Paige at Vitality Wellness Center in Meridian.

I am just starting out but I am starting with this week:

  1. BBQ chicken ( real light BBQ sauce)
  2. Lemon Herb Chicken Thighs
  3. Rice
  4. Pasta
  5. Salad (snack)
  6. Celery with peanut butter (snack)
  7. Breakfast shakes ( bananas, strawberries, peanut butter, yogurt, almond milk)

I will get continued plans, help with supplements and extensive knowledge on how to treat my body to have lasting effects over time. "It's not just about how you look, it's about how you feel", that's what I learned from Vitality. I am already learning so much, and allowing myself to see the results after just prepping and what I have done to help me celebrate a victory, it's small steps and that is so important.

Chicken is one of the go-to's so but can easily become boring. I will be furthruting my quest to spice it up literally.
