Teen Girl Injured by Man Jumping from Bridge While Floating the Boise River

A 19-year-old Boise State student spent two days in Saint Alphonsus recovering from injuries after someone jumped on her from a bridge while she was floating the Boise River. She had a lot of internal bruising and internal bleeding.

The man who jumped from the bridge was said to have weighed about 250 pounds and jumped around 25 feet off the bridge, landing right on top of her. She is SO lucky she didn't have more damage or ruptured organs.

She didn’t know what was happening until she was under the water.

The guy who jumped on her actually left the scene. He didn't do anything to help her when he was in the water, but his friend jumped in and helped pull her to shore.
