Two new faces have just been added to the wall which was first created to inspire any and all who strolled through the alley.

Last year the charity art auction at the Flying M Coffeehouse raised over $30,000 to benefit people living with HIV/AIDS in the Treasure Valley and hundreds of local artists have contributed again this year. You've got four days left to bid.

Rebecca Bonner is an art teacher in Texas who is inspiring the internet with her doodle skirt. This is an idea that we could use in Treasure Valley schools and at home too, for some clothes that will have the whole office talking.

"Well, that's...um...new."

If you need to pick up pieces from Piggy Pigs Pottery and cannot make it before they close the doors on July 6th, they will be taken to Ceramica in Boise.

The charity art auction at Flying M Coffeehouse that we mentioned last week ended up bringing in big bucks for charity. Over 250 local artists donated pieces, and if you bought one, show us the pic!

If you head to Flying M Coffeehouse this weekend, you'll have the chance to bid on some great pieces by local artists and help charity at the same time. There are just a few days left to pick out what you want stake a claim.

If you've explored Downtown Boise, one of our most unique and impressive places to swing by is Freak Alley.  It really is a captivating spot, but I realized I don't know much about it.

This is no yawner of a convention. Tattoo artists from New York to Boise will be showing off their skills this weekend, celebrating the art of the tat.  And they'll have skating demonstrations and mural paintings, plus activities for the kids.  Make sure you tell them these are not the usual temporary tats.
