Popular Brunch Spot Coming to Eagle

They have 11 locations between California, Texas, and Nevada and now this place that has the "best omelets on the planet" is coming to Eagle! 

The Squeeze In hopes to open around Mother's Day. They'll replace Menchies Frozen Yogurt next to Grinker's Grand Palace Arcade off of Plaza Drive.

According to the Idaho Statesman, The Squeeze In also has lunch options such as hamburgers, salads, and French dips! You can even create your own burger, sandwich, or burrito for $9.99.

Some of the pricer menu items include, "How About the Holy Crab" for $22.99. It's a 1/4 pound of hand shelled King Crab in an omelet! Just the sound of those words makes my mouth water.

As for the drinks, they apparently have a Bloody Mary for $14.99 that will give any other local Bloody Mary a run for their money! Beer and Mimosas will also be available.

The Squeeze in will be open from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. once they open their doors. We'll keep you posted when that happens! I love a new place to dine!
