Now And Then Again?

Still to this day if Now and Then comes on I will stop what I'm doing just to watch it. But hearing the that Director Leslie Linka has been in talks with the original creators of Now and Then to do a 20 year remake...

I'm a little uneasy about the entire idea of a remake. First I don't know if it's even necessary. And second what if the completely mess it up? But I was reading about it on Perez Hilton & they actually came up with some good actors. Kiernan Shipka and Kristen Wiig as Samantha, Bailee Madison and Melanie Lynskey as Chrissy, Amandla Stenberg and Kerry Washington as Roberta, and Peyton List and Malin Akerman as Teeny.

I love the two actors for Chrissy, Perez Hilton people did a great job on that choice! What do you think of this possible cast? Let me know at;
