Meridian Police Caught On Camera Late At Night

Did you know that late at night, the Meridian Police Department has a bicycle patrol that cruises neighborhoods to keep you safe? Here they are caught in action!

'Twas a random weeknight when all through the house, not a creature was stirring not even a mouse. The children were nestled all snug in their beds, while visions of sugar plums danced in their heads (I don't think the dancing sugar plums is Christmas specific, is it?). Anyway, you get the idea... Residents of Meridian, Idaho are fast asleep when this happens. The Meridian Police Department rides through neighborhoods looking out for trouble that may be occurring. A resident of Meridian captured some officers hard at work in the middle of the night riding through their neighborhood and shared a photo to the next-door app. The Meridian Police Department took a screenshot and shared it to their instagram with the caption, "While you are sleeping, they are riding! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️🚴 Our Bike Team was captured patrolling a Meridian neighborhood late at night. Now, Meridian is a relatively low-crime city but it is nice to know that even in the wee hours of the morning, the Meridian Police Department are quietly patrolling our neighborhoods and keeping us safe. It's also nice to know these guys are getting good exercise, cause I certainly am not.
