Few things are worse than watching a tow truck haul your car away.

Whether it's your fault or you were involved in a car accident, having your car towed is a literal drag. It's like being forced to return an awesome present you had no intention of regifting for once. Put more simply, it just sucks 🙄

"Dude, who towed my car?!"

It's one thing to have your car towed because you were in an accident or chanced it in a permit parking zone. It's a different animal when it happens for reasons unbeknownst to you. it Worse, you're left in a lurch to find out where it was towed to. Before Uber came along, having your car towed made dealing with the situation a living a hell.

Whether it's in Boise or Timbuktu, getting towed never happens at a good time.

Not that there's a right time to have your car held hostage, but it only seems to happen on your busiest, most hectic days. Add in the paperwork, the waiting around on some guy named Merv, and the cash you're forced to fork over and it's a royal pain in the @$$.

And if you and your ride fall into one of the 10 situations in the gallery below, it'll probably happen to you.
