Amazing Day at the Race for Cure in Boise, Many Survivors [PHOTOS]
Another amazing turnout at the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure in Boise at Albertsons Headquarters.
There was a lot of the color pink around Park Center in Boise as thousands were walking in celebration or memory of someone or in support of breast cancer awareness. Albertsons Headquarters was where it was located. Teams from all over were there in attendance and I heard that there were 40,000 people registered. It was chilling but inspiring to see all the "in celebration" signs and then tear-jerking to see all the "in memory" signs, the loved ones lost. The survivor parade is my favorite as we
We were dedicating our crew to Cindy Copeland who lost her battle with breast cancer this year, and her daughters are a part of the Mix nation. Her strength and kindness really resonated with us. She was flashing seen flashing the peace sign with a smile, so here we are with the "Feisty Italians" her team in her memory for the Race for the Cure flashing the peace sign.
Remember you can always donate to the Idaho/Montana Susan G Komen organization. Or maybe you need to find out more information if someone you know needs help or yourself.
