At the end of the day, your home is the place you rest, refresh, and eat. You can do all three of those things in this home that we found in Boise with a price that has some people skeptical. So much so that someone from the Facebook group 'Boise Bench Dwellers' posted a question with a link to this property: "Any chance that this is NOT a scam?"

We have to admit that if you're single, need an alternative living situation, or simply want to downsize, this property is right up your alley. Also, you'll also be just seven minutes from downtown Boise. Is this property too good to be true for the price?
