As we head into the final weekend of Toy Drive, all of our original goals (including bikes) have been far surpassed. We just have one thing left to knock out by Monday at 10 am.

We didn't really know what to expect in terms of cash and gift cards so our original goal was admittedly low, but never in a million years did I think on day nine we would be up to $6,605. That's such a trip to me and I'm so excited to know that a ton of families will be helped with this. We've reset that goal to $7,500 and that puts us at about $895 to go to hit that one by Monday.

As for the bikes, the original goal was 50 and we hit our 50th this morning and have since worked our way up to 57 bikes. Think about that... That's 57 kids that will have a brand new bike this Christmas!

Lastly, our 53 foot Giltner semi truck trailer still has a bit of room for toys. Our goal was to fill it and we're so close so this weekend, the final push will be all about that truck. Tomorrow (Saturday) should be a fun time, we'll have Idaho Pizza Company pizza around noon, we'll have a dj from 3-5 and we'll be happy to take your toys, bikes, cash and gift cards all weekend as we get ready to wrap up the 12 Days Of ChristMIX Toy Drive.
