Spring time is coming, a good run dressed as your favorite leprechaun would be fantastic, and even better that it benefits the YMCA Team Idaho Track and Cross Country Club!

Time to get out of the house and get on your feet! I don't know about you but I'm ready for spring and how about this to kick off the most amazing season Idaho has to offer?! This year, the Treasure Valley YMCA's St. Patrick's Day run has gone virtual, and you can do their course, or create your own!

According to the Treasure Valley YMCA's website:

All proceeds from this fun run supports the YMCA Team Idaho Track and Cross Country Club. This club, which started 40 years ago, helps kids at all levels improve and enjoy track & field and cross country in addition to learning goal setting, sportsmanship, and proper methods of reaching a high level of fitness.

It's only $30 and you get to go at your own pace, anytime between March 13th and March 17th, the final times will need to be submitted by March 18th. This is going to be a lot of fun and good... LUCK!

Also, in case you didn't know, the Treasure Valley YMCA has SO much to offer! Aquatics, swim lessons for kids, rock walls, summer camps, fitness classes for adults and endless other ways that Treasure Valley locals can stay fit, especially in this crazy time we're living in where sometimes our couch is our best friend. Break up with the couch, and let's get active this spring!
