Today Is MLB Opening Day!

Okay, so 2020 is awful but today, we get Major League Baseball back! Though it's going to feel a little different than usual...

It hasn't come to Boise yet, but some Buffalo Wild Wings locations will have beer vendors walking around their restaurants to make it feel more like you're at an actual ball park. Other changes this year, since we won't be seeing packed stadiums of baseball lovers, will include crowd noises piped in to make it feel normal. But not just generic crowd noises, they will be able to hear people's reactions at home, for example, if people are booing, cheering, etc, they'll know the appropriate crowd effects and volume of the crowd for the situation.

This is all a bit weird and unusual but in a year when everything seems to be cancelled, it's kind of nice to know we'll have some good ole fashion American baseball, even if it is late.
