The FOMO is going to be so real when it seems like everyone and their mother will be heading up to McCall for 4th of July weekend. There really is no better place to be than on the lake for this holiday. With the traditional Boise Fourth of July parade also being cancelled, being in Boise over the holiday weekend is really starting to seem like a bummer.

Have no worries though if you are stuck in Boise; there is always plenty to do in the city, including the opportunity to feel like you are actually on the beach!

Boise Brewing just announced that they will be turning their patio into a sand filled beach during the 4th of July weekend. "Can’t get to the beach this Fourth of July, we got you covered....in sand! Join us on our sand filled, beach themed patio July 4th weekend for chill vibes, music and great beer!" Boise Brewing posted on their Facebook. How cool is that?!

The brewery says that more information is to come about the Landlocked event however it is free entry to those 21 and up and is happening all weekend long starting at 12 pm on July 2nd. You can RSVP on Boise Brewing's Facebook page.

After you spend the day and evening kicking back at the brewery's beach party, catch some fireworks shows that are happening all across the Treasure Valley. The closest to the downtown area is probably going to be at Ann Morrison Park starting at 10:15 pm on the 4th.
