I am not sure what it is but I go through phases and weights. I fell comfortable in my body one minute and the next I don't. Why is it that summer brings out the worst in self-esteem? I know I am not alone.
It's hammered into our heads to be more active overall in life, but that can be a big summer fail when it gets too hot. Hydrating with beer is also bad. And there are several other things we should be doing differently during the summer months.
