This is a new trend, and diet that friends of mine have tried and it has worked for them. This is a diet that focuses on the timing of eating. Of course, you need to eat healthy as well to get its full effect.

Unlike some of the "fasting" diets out there, this doesn't have full days of fasting, but in the end, you get the same effect or amount of time not eating. In this diet, you block out a window during the day and that is the only time you can consume calories, normally it is 6 to 12 but around 8 seems like the norm.

I am just wondering if it is something I should try. Of course, always a good idea to consult your doctor if have questions and find out if it would be right for you. I think that as long as you don't try to overdo it, be mindful of how your body feels, work-out slowly and just be logical it isn't a bad idea to limit the time in which you eat every day.

What are your thoughts? Have you tried this before?
