Early voters have been at the polls for three days in Ada and Canyon counties, and the chance to cast an early ballot continues for the next two weeks. If you're an early voter like me, maybe you've developed a strategy and have a few helpful tips, like these.

It's election day today in the Treasure Valley. This is all about the schools. They are hoping to get your approval on being able to spend, expand and reorganize. You make the call today - your vote counts.

There’s a discussion in the works about changing who is in control of Boise's roads. Roads in Ada County are not controlled by the individual cities, but the county-wide highway district, ACHD. The district has a lot of support and a lot of backlash as to how they handled the snow removal from Snowpocalypse 2017...

Who ever you voted for today...you did it. No matter what party..no matter how much you loved or didn't love the candidates today marks another anniversary of our right to vote. You helped decide what direction this country takes starting tomorrow. We decided it was time to venture out and come meet you at the polls with free donuts from Krispy Kreme.

Doesn't it feel good to vote?  I think it does. There are things that motivate us to get to the polls, besides the obvious opportunity to weigh in on the next four years. The kids are talking about the election at school, and if Mama doesn't vote, they will be on my case!  What else encourages you to get to the polls?

What a great country...not only do we get to vote today, but if you do your civic duty and vote, there are some free things you can get today just by exercising your patriotic duty . .

It seems like it has been pumped up and talked about for the last 4 years. The next President Of The United States will be chosen this Tuesday. For most of Treasure Valley voters we already know what to expect from our polling places. That may be different this year though.
