So now that Treasure Valley eateries don't allow for dine-in for the time being, it's take-out, delivery OR make food at home!

One of my favorite dinners growing up was Tuna Noodle Casserole. We used a pretty basic recipe in my family; cream of mushroom soup, canned tuna, a bit of milk, sour cream, egg noodles and French's Fried Onions as a crunchy topping. My fiance Stacy found an amazing recipe from the Food Network that she used to make it from scratch and it was ah-maz-ing! Check that recipe out here!

We've had delicious chocolate chip cookies during our quarantine, tacos, French Toast Casserole, the works... Needless to say, we'll likely come out of this thing a hundred pounds heavier than we went in, but thanks to Coronavirus, our wedding has been postponed to November so we have plenty of time to work it off.

Which, for the record, we did try and balance out our carb crazy week by going for a hike today. The views were amazing, the weather was beautiful, the dogs only vomited once in the car on the way up, it really has been a pretty good time so far, and as far as I know, I've yet to come in contact with anyone with the virus. Win/Win!
