Someone Is Taking Treasure Valley Pets to Harm Them

I will never understand people like this in the world, but the Idaho Humane Society has reason to believe that there is someone going around stealing people's pets with the intention to harm them. Here's what you need to know.

The Idaho Humane Society told KTVB that they are working with police to find the party or parties responsible for taking pets left outside homes and purchasing pets off of Craigslist and them harming them or "maiming" them outside of the Treasure Valley.

It is being highly suggested that you watch your pets outside and do not leave them outside unattended to for long periods of time. It would also be wise to not put your pet up for adoption on Craiglist or other social media sites to avoid them falling into this trap of animal abuse.

The Idaho Humane Society says they are accepting donations to help combat this type of animal abuse.
