Can Any Of Russia’s “Super Weapons” Actually Make It To Boise?
Unless you've been living under a rock, you're probably aware of the Russo-Ukrainian War AKA the violent conflict between Russia and Ukraine.
Full disclosure - we're not here to get political, talk about involvement, or anything like that... we're here to talk about the weapons that Russia has put on full display to the world in its conflict with Ukraine.
Can any of those weapons reach Boise? Will Russia ever make Boise a target?
Russia shows off its "super weapons"
Newsweek reported that Russia recently launched 81 hypersonic missiles in attacks on Ukraine. These missiles are considered to be Russia's "super weapons" and are Kh-47 air-launched missiles. These missiles are also known as "Kinzhal" missiles and NATO calls them "Killjoy" missiles.
In a 2018 speech, Vladimir Putin said that these missiles were part of his "next generation" of weapons. With all of the hostility happening in the world, one has to wonder - if Russia ever decided to attack the US and Boise happened to be a target... could Russia's "super weapons" reach the Treasure Valley?
Let's look at the specs of these frightening missiles that might reach Boise. We'll then we'll look at a demonstration of Russia's "Kinzhal" missile in some frightening footage released a few years ago along with just how far these missiles would have to travel to reach the Treasure Valley.

Now that we know these missiles can travel 1,500 to 2,000 km and pull off that feat in under 10 minutes... can they reach Boise?
Technically... no.
One simple Google search will show that Boise is roughly 4,809 miles (7739.335 km) away from Russia so we should technically be safe from any attacks. That being said, the Russians could always set up shop in the Pacific Ocean, break every treaty known to man and just blast the US as they see fit.
Hopefully, it will never come to that...
Now... what if Russia did infiltrate Facebook? What would they have access to? Let's look at what the new Meta center will look like in Kuna!
