New Record for the Largest Pumpkin Grown in the State of Idaho

There is a new record for the largest pumpkin ever grown in the state of Idaho. Any guesses on how much it weighs??

1,400 pounds!!! The previous record was just over 1,200 pounds, so an extra 200 pounds is a big deal!

You can check it out now at The Farmstead in Meridian! It will be on display there until the end of the month.

This sucker is so big that it took a forklift and special equipment just to get it from Nampa to Meridian without damaging it, as you can imagine.

Make sure you stop by to see it by the end of the month, because on November 1, it will be dropped at The Farmstead's annual pumpkin smash event!
