The attacks on our country's Capitol is something that will go down in our history books. I remember sitting in the Mix studio watching as this took place and watch in an array as things turned deadly.

There was one man that you see jumped from the top floor to the ground floor. He then stood at the head chair with his fist in the air. That man was from Meridian, Idaho, and was just indicted on 4 counts by a federal grand jury.

Josiah Colt turned himself back on Jan.12 as the U.S. Marshal's were looking for him with a warrant. We started to see wanted posters go up on buildings and through social media as people started getting identified. Josiah did an interview with KTVB last month where he said it was just about his voice being heard regarding fair elections.

Colt would have been fine if he just went staying out of the Capitol. You watch the videos and other people had other motives and 5 people died that day. There are some vivid images that depict Josiah in a bad light as he stood in the speaker's chair with his fist raised high.

Indicted: Formally accuse of or charge with a serious crime.

We will see how this plays out as more people accused of the attacks are also being indicted. The Meridian man could face up to 20 years in prison for his actions on January 6, 2021. Details on the fate of Josiah's future and if he'll spend time in jail to follow.
