Idaho has some gorgeous and lavish homes on the market. While I personally couldn't afford these mansions even in my wildest dreams, they are still fun to browse and pretend that I could. Out of curiosity I searched from the most expensive home on Idaho's market which happens to be located in Sage, Idaho and priced at $27,000,000! To get technical, that's about $1,832/sqft which is more than my apartment's monthly rent. Here's a look inside:

Most Expensive Idaho Property on Market

The home was built in 2008 and recently popped up back on the market a couple of months ago in November. The property operates has a full-blown ranch with it's own stable w/living quarters and gym, fenced pastures, barns/shops, orchard, caretaker's house, and even business offices!

Not going to lie, I thought there would be more than 4 bedrooms in this gigantic home however there is a nearby bunk house that overlooks the infinity pool & spa. In addition to the bunk house there is also a guest house. So yeah, never mind about the lack of bedrooms thing.

The property is situated above Bottle Bay on over 48 acres in northern Idaho. According to the estate's listing on Zillow.com, there are six distinctive dwellings all with stunning lake & mountain views.

If you're someone who can actually afford to live here, then chances are you can also afford your own private jet so this home being close to Sandpoint's local airport w/private jet access is convenient. The ranch does come fully-furnished too and is listed on Zillow as move-in-ready.
