I'm guessing more of us are in this situation than we might think, but if you haven't lined up regular medical care due to insurance, Idaho State University is offering a free solution.

ISU has announced that they will be offering free flu shots, dental exams, physicals, and blood sugar and cholesterol checks at their free community health screening on September 21st.

The services will be offered at their Meridian Health Science Center and is the first of a series that will occur between now and April.  Their designed to aid adults with no insurance or limited access to care.

The Idaho Foodbank partners with ISU to provide food for clients as well.
