Let's bring your favorite HGTV show to the small screen! Well, the smaller screen, I suppose.

We'll play our own game of HGTV's House Hunters and call it...Idahouse Hunters. We'll play it just like you see it on TV. I'll play the role of your peppy real estate agent and will show you three very different style homes that are currently on the market in the Idaho.

We'll assign a number to each home we show (1, 2, and 3) and then you leave a comment saying which home you've decided to go with and why. If you can't comment, send me a Tweet!

All of these homes are amazing and have something unique to them. Today, we'll be looking at three homes in the state of Idaho. One is a Coeur d'Alene Lake House, a rustic Kuna farmhouse, and then we'll conclude with a beautiful chateau overlooking all of Boise.

Play the House Hunters theme music, and let's get to the hunt!

We start with House 1. House 1 is a beautiful Lake House on Coeur d'Alene that somehow comes in under $1 million. So, if this is the house you would pick, comment "1" or "House 1" or send me a Tweet with your pick @CortFreeman.

Let's check out House 1!

Idahouse Hunters: House 1

This breathtaking house on Lake Coeur d'Alene could be all yours for under $1 million. Imagine yourself having your morning coffee with that view. Or watching sunsets over the water with your favorite glass of wine. This charming lake house could be yours for under $1 million! That sounds like a great steal to me. Let's go inside.

I love it. The views are sensational and you get a great modern cozy home with it, as well.

Next, we will be seeing House 2. House 2 is an amazing farmhouse in Kuna where you could literally host your own rodeo. If the price tag is a little too expensive at $3.5 million, start hosting rodeos and concerts on your property to make an extra buck.

If this is your favorite, comment "2" or "House 2"

Idahouse Hunters: House 2

Allow me to introduce you to the home that is currently the most expensive house in all of Kuna. This fantastic Farmhouse will have you living like a Cowboy.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath farmhouse comes with all the land you could ever want...and then some. It also comes with a 36,430 sq. ft. barn that holds unlimited possibilities. It even has 40 stalls with runs, so if you own horses or are looking to own horses, this place is for you.

It's not all about the acres and outside, though. The inside is so charming and will instantly feel like home. My favorite part of the house has to be the wrap around porch. Always one of the best parts of a farmhouse, and this porch does not disappoint. Let's go check it out!

I love having property and always wanted to have animals at my home. That's a major draw for House 2, for me, personally.

Finally, we arrive at House 3. House 3 is a beautiful Boise mansion overlooking all of the city. You'll be on top of the world here. My favorite part? That movie theater. It's better than a lot of cinemas!

If this house ends up being your pick, comment or Tweet "House 3" or "3"

Idahouse Hunters: House 3

$4.5 million is a lot of money...but it can get you a lot. You're certainly getting what you're paying for with this Boise Mansion. It has not only many bedrooms and baths, but a couple of kitchens, amazing views, and my favorite part of the house? The one of a kind movie theater. Wait until you see it.

There you have it! Your three houses on this week's episode of Idahouse Hunters. Talk with your family, see what they think is best for your list of wants and needs, and your budget.

Don't forget to comment or Tweet me your picks! I'm curious to see what your tastes are. No episode is complete until a choice is made.

Personally, after talking with my family, we decided to go with House 3. It was a close call, but you just can't beat that deck and those views. It's not all about me, though. Don't let me choice influence your decision. It just would have felt to pressure you into making a choice, if I didn't myself.

Here are some other beautiful homes in the area that have hit the market recently. Maybe they'll come up in a future edition of Idahouse Hunters...unless someone else snags them first!

Idahouse Hunters: Other Houses For Sale In Idaho

Idahouse Hunters: Other Homes For Sale In Idaho

At one point, this home for sale on Five Mile was a school house! A pretty famous family in the Boise area eventually added on to it and remodeled it into a family home. For more on the school and home's history click HERE!

Idahouse Hunters: Other Homes For Sale In Idaho

In mid-May 2022, the cheapest house (no mobile homes were considered) you could buy in Boise was $329,900. One home had that price tag. A second only cost $100 more, so we took a look at that one as well. Let's just say that one's probably going to be an easier sale than the other!

This home isn't in Idaho, so it doesn't quite qualify, but it's very close...and stunning.

$35 Million Modern Sanctuary For Sale 5 Hours From Boise Is Breathtaking

This magnificent modern sanctuary is only a five hour drive from Boise in Park City. It gives me major Frank Lloyd Wright vibes.

Just look at the exterior of it! Not only is the home beautiful, but it also sits on a stunning 5.4 acres of beautiful Utah land. On your peaceful mountain property, you'll find abundant trees, glimpse of a seasonal stream, and wildlife.

The floor to ceiling windows allow you to never miss out any any of the spectacular views. You even get a gourmet kitchen perfect for cooking up a four-course meal and hosting parties.

The home also features some surprise features that you'll have to see to believe. My personal favorite part has to be the courtyard, and all the ways to relax and destress in the home. Let's check it out and if you stick around until the end, you'll see what I mean.

We will play again!
