Dog Park in Nampa Closing Shortly for Maintenance

The weather has been gorgeous in the Treasure Valley lately which has added a huge increase in people taking their four legged family members to the dog park. Which is always a good idea. But after visiting the Nampa Dog Park Facebook page I found out that later this week the park will be shut down for regular maintenance.

Please help let all of your friends with dogs that frequent the Amity Dog Park in Nampa that it will be closed on Wednesday, May 15th. The projects seem to only be a one day project but if anything changes we will be sure to update you.

If you've never visited the Amity Dog Park in Nampa, you should check it out. It's 6 acres where dogs are allowed off leash but still fully fenced in. There is a section for only little dogs but the majority is open to big and small dogs. There is also a large pond for dogs to swim around.
