Hey Billy and Charene, my friend wants to rent her spare room on airbnb but is worried about her safety but mainly as to how people have dealt with the taxes ( Idaho has occupancy tax). Also she doesn't own her home, are there issues with that in the state of Idaho... Asking for a friend.
