6 Stupid Reasons Why People in Boise Would Sue You
Okay, we know about some of the new laws going into effect in 2023, but what if that's not good enough and you just want to throw the fat book of the law at someone? You know - suing someone for something totally ridiculous.
People have sued for some really stupid things before...
It's no secret that in the Land of the Free, there are quite a few people who will exploit the system and attempt to file a lawsuit that would otherwise be deemed frivolous.
According to USA Today, someone once sued Subway for their footlong sandwiches not actually measuring a foot long (turns out they were 11 inches) and the case was settled however, a judge eventually dismissed the case. But the teenager responsible for the lawsuit got far, right?
The people of Boise want to sue you... for some really wild things
Listen, I understand the frustration that comes with someone who can't do something as simple as putting their grocery cart back into the little container thing in the parking lot. I also understand wanting to sue someone for pineapple on pizza - it's darn near blasphemy to think that fruit belongs on pizza. But one thing that people want to sue for that I just can't wrap my head around is the idea of merging a la the zipper method.
I've said it before and I'll say it again - the zipper method will never work so suing someone for their inability to merge will likely never result in anything. However, there are some other reasons to sue someone in Boise that I can get behind.
