12 Days Of ChristMIX Toy Drive: Day 4 Recap

Things were a little slower out here in front of The Village for day four of the 12 Days Of ChristMIX Toy Drive but we did hit TWO big milestones!

We are officially 1/3 of the way through the 12 Days Of ChristMIX Toy Drive now but we're half way to two of our goals! As of Sunday night, our fifty three foot Giltner Logistics truck is about a third of the way full. This is the big kahuna. This is going to be the more challenging goal to reach in the 12 days because this truck is just so massive, but this is a good problem to have because the closer we get to filling it, the more people we'll be able to help!

Now, our original cash and gift card goal was $500. We've had to reset that goal to $5,000 which is unfathomable! So freakin' cool! We're currently at $2,548 in cash and gift cards so things are looking good there. Can we pull in another another $2,452 or are did we just get lucky in the beginning? Only time will tell, but I certainly hope so!

Lastly, our bike goal! This has been a fun weekend. We got ten bikes in all of Thursday and Friday and are now up to 27, putting us over the half way mark with 8 days left in the 12 Days Of ChristMIX Toy Drive, so things are looking pretty good on all fronts. At the very least, we're pacing well despite having a slower day. Keep up with Toy Drive as I'll be doing check-ins on the radio hourly on the radio and updates here each evening.
