Right now it's just an empty dirt lot facing Eagle Road in front of The Village at Meridian, but come December 3rd, it'll have a major transformation!

The Mix 106 12 Days Of ChristMIX Toydrive is set to begin on December 3rd, rain, snow or shine. This dirt lot just south of Chick Fil A will be my home for twelve days as we collect toys, bikes, cash and gift cards for kids right here in the Treasure Valley. We'll have two massive 53 foot Giltner semi-truck trailers, tents, bathrooms and a scissor lift with a platform to broadcast LIVE for the twelve days. I'll setup in the back of one of the trailers where I'll sleep, eat, and live the entire time. We'll have lights and heat for our volunteers, and if all goes well, a sea of bikes for kids to wake up to on Christmas morning.

In addition to the toys and bikes for younger kids, we also want to make sure that teens are taken care of, so we'll be collecting gift cards for them so they can go to Starbucks with their friends, Chipotle after school, or simply stop by a store, online or in person and pick out something for themselves. Either way, our goal is to spread some joy this holiday season and put a smiley face emoji at the end of the sentence that has been 2020. Listen to hear why we decided to put on this Toydrive here and a massive "THANK YOU!" to our friends at T-Mobile for jumping on board as a sponsor!
